What happens if my order isn't delivered?

  • Three tries will be made by our courier partner to deliver your package to you. If he is unable to deliver the item, your ROARS CLUB wallet will be reimbursed with a refund. The following time you place an order with us, you may use this.


Import Duty Charges for International Shipments

  • During the time of delivery of an international shipment, there might be additional charges levied by the importing country's customs department. These charges are subject to the regulatory authority governing the country and we do not have any control over them. Please note that these charges are not included in your shopping cart when placing your order.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable incase the order is cancelled post 4 hours of placing the order or if the order is shipped.


How long will it take to deliver my order?

  • Typically, a purchase placed from within the nation is sent in 5-7 business days. However, the delivery of your orders may be delayed as a result of the other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.) We value your tolerance. This schedule could vary as a result of both internal and external circumstances.


How will I know whether I was successful in placing my order?

  • After placing your order successfully, you will get a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with information about your order and your order ID.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get another email, SMS, or Whatsapp. The only thing left to do is to kick back, unwind, and await the delivery of your amazing product(s).
