Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary, but we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly.
Delivery Time:
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days once the order has been dispatched.
- Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or logistical challenges may affect delivery times. We do our best to keep customers informed of any delays.
Tracking Orders:
- An email confirming shipment will be sent to you after your order ships. Following dispatch, a tracking ID will be sent to your email address or phone number. You may use this ID to follow your item straight on the courier's website.
Order Changes and Cancellations:

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable incase the order is cancelled post 4 hours of placing the order or if the order is shipped.
Weekends and Holidays:
- Please note that our shipping time frame does not include weekends (Sunday) or public holidays.
What happens if my order isn't delivered?
Three tries will be made by our courier partner to deliver your package to you. If he is unable to deliver the item, your ROARS CLUB wallet will be reimbursed with a refund. The following time you place an order with us, you may use this.
How will I know whether I was successful in placing my order?
- After placing your order successfully, you will get a confirmation email message with information about your order and your order ID.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get another email, SMS. The only thing left to do is to kick back, unwind, and await the delivery of your amazing product(s).
