If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund to your Roars Wallet Account or exchange with Other Products at the Same Amount of purchased , no questions asked.

Unworn and Unaltered Items: To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must be " unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact" . We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, or show signs of wear.
- Abusive Returns:
While we strive to be flexible with our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who abuse the policy or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team, and we will be glad to assist you.
- IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY FOR APPAREL :
- Return requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
- Once the original goods arrives at our warehouse and passes QC, the refund procedure starts. The amount of the refund is Credited into your ROARS WALLET Account for use on future purchases.
- Refunds cannot be provided for discount coupons used. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase amount.
- Customers are given a link to track the progress of their return requests.
- From the time the request is made, the complete refund process takes roughly 7 to 10 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund promptly. You can expect to see the refund credited to your ROARS WALLET Account within 2 business days.
