Return & Exchange Policy

At ROARS CLUB, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, returns are necessary. To ensure your satisfaction, we have developed a customer-centric Return Policy that is transparent, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Hassle-Free Returns:

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered, worn, or damaged.

3. Abusive Returns:

  • While we strive to be flexible, we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who abuse the return policy or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Gift Returns:

  • If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.

5. IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY FOR APPAREL:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the package.
  • Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes quality checks, the refund process will begin.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your ROARS WALLET Account for use in future purchases.
  • Refunds cannot be provided for discount coupons used. The refund will be equal to the actual purchase amount.
  • Customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of their return request.
  • The complete refund process takes approximately 7 to 10 business days from the time the return request is initiated.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund promptly.
  • Expect to see the refund credited to your ROARS WALLET Account within 2 business days.

Roars Club Exchange Policy

At Roars Club, each product is specially made and quality-checked before dispatch. Hence, we follow a strict exchange policy.

🔹 Exchange Eligibility

  • only in cases of wrong product delivered (wrong model, wrong design, or defective item received).
  • within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@roarsclub.com with clear product images and order details.
  • unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Change of mind (design, color, or model preference).
  • Wrong selection of phone model/design by the customer while placing the order.
  • Slight color or design variations due to lighting or digital display differences.
  • Normal wear & tear or accidental damage post-delivery.

Exchange process

  • Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery
  • After approval, the customer must ship the product back within 3 days of confirmation.
  • Once received at our warehouse Inspection may take 5–7 working days.
  • If approved, the replacement product will be Delivered within 7–10 working days.

⚠️ Delay in raising a request or shipping the product back within the given timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the exchange request.
