Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing roarsclub@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel - order no."
  • Refund amount will be credited to the RoarsClub wallet or source account.
  • Refund processing time is 24 to 48 hours, and it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

  • If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 25% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Roarsclub wallet or source account.
  • The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.

Cancellation of Customized Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 50% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the RoarsClub wallet or source account.
  • Customized products are tailored to the customer's needs and cannot be used for other purposes, resulting in additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Pre-Order Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after placing the order, 50% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the RoarsClub wallet or source account.
  • Pre-order products are specifically catered to the customer's needs, leading to additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Desk Mat:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 30% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the RoarsClub wallet or source account.

International Orders:

  • Full refund can be processed to the RoarsClub wallet or source account if international orders are canceled within 4 hours.
  • If the cancellation is requested after 4 hours or if the order is shipped, only 50% of the order value can be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable for cancellations made after 4 hours or shipped orders
